A standard scope of design documentation encompasses:

• an area development concept (2-3 initial concepts) – a proposal of surface, the shape of flower beds and landscaping,

• a surface design (views) – detailed types of used materials and dimensions,

• a landscaping design including sections (walls, slopes, water elements, stairs, level differences, etc.),

• an area view with the selection of vegetation,

• lighting design (a view and photos),

• the selection of vegetation species in a tabular form including the description of requirements and nurturing,

• a detailed description of a design,

• a visualization of selected garden sections with a computer technique – for an additional fee, and

• a cost estimate.

Within the execution of an individual project, several meetings are held with a Client to discuss and detail the requirements, likes and expectations of the Investor. The received information is used to prepare the cost estimate of a garden project. The next stages of an order are discussed individually, tailor-making the terms and conditions according to your needs. We sign an agreement for design work, which contains the scope of a study and the deadlines for the handover of individual project stages.

The following list includes the schedules necessary for a project execution:

• a map for the design purposes in a scale,

• a view of the land or a ground floor of a building and other elements, and

• photo(s) of the area (we may take them during a meeting).
